イタリアの「オルネライア」で９０年代に醸造責任者を務めた
ガール・ティボルさんが
１９９３年、故郷ハンガリーに
設立したワイナリー。（２００３年に事故で死去されたそうです）
とてもフローラル＆マスカット系の、
スッキリキリ！でシャープな飲み口の白ワイン。
イメージとしてはイタリアのデイリーワインぽい、
夏にぴきっと冷やして、という感じ。
どことなく綺麗に抜け切れてない
東欧系の素朴な野暮ったい香りもあって、
その国ならではの品種を活かしたワイン造りを目指したという
醸造家の意志まで感じられるような・・・。
個人的にはミーハーなオルネライアとかよりも、
こういうワインのほうが、
なんだか「出会った！」感じが強くて、
すごく魅力的なんです。

Technology:
Harvest at full ripeness to plastic bins, light crushing, fermentation under controlled temperature 16-17 Co in stainless steel tanks.
Gastronomical suggestion:
Excellent refreshment in summer especially at garden parties or good with light starters.

Drink it chilled!
