脱サラ組（死語）ですね。ビオです。

 

飲んだ瞬間・・・

 

大丸の中心で「ウマー！」と叫んでいました（笑）

 

スモーキーで、ライムぽい柑橘感、素朴な麦っぽさ。

なによりこのオイリーなボリューム感と、怒涛のミネラル感。

全体をまとめる熟成のマイルド感と旨味の相乗効果。
